By using Local Pro Finder you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Local Pro Finder.
Local Pro Finder is an independent publisher of home-repair cost information. We do not perform repairs ourselves, and we are not a contractor, employer, agent, or partner of any home-repair professional. Any contractor you hire is an independent business solely responsible for the quality, safety, legality, and pricing of any work performed.
We cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes, prices, timelines, or work quality for any contractor you find or hire independently. We strongly recommend that homeowners obtain multiple written quotes, verify licensing on their state board's website, and confirm insurance directly with the contractor before signing any agreement.
You agree to use Local Pro Finder only for lawful purposes. Local Pro Finder has no user accounts and does not process quote requests; cost figures on this site are estimates for informational and budgeting purposes only, and are not a binding quote from any contractor.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Local Pro Finder and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service or any work performed by a contractor you hire. Our total cumulative liability arising out of these terms shall not exceed $100.
Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with the seat of arbitration in Austin, Texas. You waive any right to a class action.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted at the top of this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
