By using FixMyHome Pro you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and FixMyHome Pro.
FixMyHome Pro is a directory and lead-routing service. We connect homeowners with licensed local home-repair professionals. We do not perform repairs ourselves. We are not a contractor, employer, agent, or partner of the professionals listed in our directory. Each listed pro is an independent business and is solely responsible for the quality, safety, legality, and pricing of any work performed.
While we screen every listed pro for state licensing and insurance, we cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes, prices, timelines, or work quality. We strongly recommend that homeowners obtain multiple written quotes, verify licensing on their state board's website, and confirm insurance directly with the contractor before signing any agreement.
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting quotes, to use FixMyHome Pro only for lawful purposes, and to refrain from submitting fraudulent, abusive, or spam requests. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FixMyHome Pro and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service or any work performed by a contractor listed in our directory. Our total cumulative liability arising out of these terms shall not exceed $100.
Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with the seat of arbitration in Austin, Texas. You waive any right to a class action.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted at the top of this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
